HELP REQUESTED FOR FOR XANGA

1. How do I make sure that my Xanga account stays active after my current subscription is expired– supposedly in 3 days?
2. I can’t find a way to pay & update my account. Also, I can’t find the “Profile information” – about people on Xanga as I used to be able to do with the older Xanga. Is it osomewhere that I just haven’t located yet? Finding out if a person’s gender, country, interests, etc.
3. If I want to ask to follow a person who has a lock on their blog, how do I request that?
I have lots of other questions, but I will stop here for now. Thanks for your help.

I wish I knew!
OK... that means I'm not the only one!
Thanks, Gracia.
is there an account button on the left hand side? I will have to look since mine doesn't run out for about 9 months.
go to xanaga account management and I found out that mine doesn't expire till june 2014
it is on that list of things and it's the metal grinder/screw looking sign on the bottom of the list below the others like reading, etc.
I had already gone there last week, but when I looked, it said that mine expired in one week. So I went to one person and asked what to do, but he couldn't help me, so I thought with it being only three days left, I'd better ask for help from those of you who answer me.
Thanks... any other suggestions?
Wish I knew how to help.
That's ok, Lynn. We'll all work on figuring it out together!
Joyce, I am sure a lot of us are in a similar fog of uncertainty. I have contacted John Hiler at his email address and he has responded to me several times. His address is john@xanga.net.
The other link I would like you to check is the crowdhoster one. That is

You can also try no-reply@crowdhoster.com
It is sad when the people who promise to do good do not continue to keep us abreast of things on our blogs.
Hope this helps in some way. I used to know Eugenia at Xanga who was very helpful, but I used to message her from the old Xanga, and would receive her response right away. But obviously that message site is gone now and I feel terrible that I didn't save her address. All the best. Hope they will help you.
Thank you for your help. (btw, my name is Carolyn). I didn't know if maybe I was the only person having problems of this sort. I shall try out all of the contacts that you have given to me, and then I will get back with you to let you know if I have any success. Thank you!! I appreciate this. I was truly feeling helpless.
I knew that! I knew your name is Carolyn. I have no idea where "Joyce" came from. I am sorry about that. Old age!!! For the birds!
btw, I received an email from Eugenia. She wants to know what it is you wanted. SO I am copying your post and will paste it to her email address.
Thank you, Zakiah.
I can no longer post new blogs, or go to my comments, etc. I received this message when I went to my dashboard: "It looks like your Xanga subscription expired on December 10th, 2013. Your site will remain active, but you will be unable to create, edit, or delete your blog entries."
I was afraid this might happen, but I couldn't and can't find out how to pay for the ability to be a paid member.
Hi there,
You can use PayPal (can also pay via credit card through this page) to purchase a one-year membership for Xanga 2.0: https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_s-xclick&hosted_button_id=WSTANQDA9BAC2
If you could forward your Paypal confirmation email along with your username to help@xanga.net, we will extend your subscription asap.
Thanks,
Eugenia at xanga.com
Thank you so much for your very speedy help to me, Eugenia.
I paid for my Xanga subscription, and am now already able to
do everything on my Xanga again. You're the best!!
Carolyn
