CATCH-UP COLLAGES & AN INFORMATIVE VIDEO
This is a really well done, informative piece of work done by one of my cousins, about being responsible recyclers of e-waste. The video needed to have at least 100 views by Wednesday, December 4th, but it has over that now. I learned a lot from it, so I'm posting it here for anyone else who would like to see it: VIDEO
A few collages from the past two weeks.
I. Thanksgiving meal was fixed by the whole family (except husband Mike, whose contribution was to stay out of the kitchen until dish-washing time). In addition to Mom and us, were my brother Don, and our daughter-in-law Amber (who with our son Tom live in our downstairs apartment).... poor Tom had a migraine.
II. Carolyn's Kitchen: I try to provide lots of variety and yummy meals that will please most everyone. Sometimes I take pictures of the meals that I create. Mom likes to cook and especially to bake, and so she has contributed as well!
III. Grandchildren cuteness:
IV. Inspirational quote & picture
"Leave the broken, irreversible past in God's hands, and step out into the invincible future with Him." (Oswald Chambers)

Beautiful!
Thank you, Cindy.
One Direction is my 12 year old grand-daughter's favorite group to watch. She has a crush on one of the guys. I'm not sure I approve, but I'm not her mother.
It was nice of your mom to send you on a date night.
They have a nice sound and are handsome, & my former student was quite "taken" by them until her Dad talked with her about their lyrics and lifestyle, and that he didn't think that they were the best for a young Christian lady to be enamoured by, & he challenged herto pray about it. That influenced her greatly, and overnight she completely changed in her desire to listen to and purchase or look at their products. I don't really know anything about them, but I was impressed with the impact that her Dad had on his little woman.
sweet babies
I like that photo of thanksgiving relatives
very pretty holiday photo -the last one.
Thanks Jill. Grandchildren, family, & friends are what makes the holidays (& everyday) so special! <3
How special that you were able to go out on a night to Red Lobster. I LOVED the picture where Brogan is holding Quinn's hand. How precious is that!
Thank you, Zakiah. I have seen so many pictures of (or seen in person) Brogan holding Quinn's hand. She brings out the gentler side of an active little boy! <3
Beautiful collages of photos of recent great times . Of course I like the cuteness of the grandchildren on the couch with the dog .
And also Thanksgiving, the outing at Red Lobster and the four candles of Advent time .
Well done , Carolyn

Thank you for your encouragement, Michel.

Babies and children make a family a family. Very cute children.
It seems to me that the true spirit of Christmas seems to be more evident this year so far. That would be nice.

I agree with you, Frank. It would be great to see the true meaning and spirit of Christmas -- the Christ of Christmas more evident.
This year (& last) we decided to focus our gift giving on the three little ones. It is so fun to watch them, and we enjoy gathering as a family and just spending time talking together.
Blessings to you as -- both as you batch it, and throughout the Christmas season.
